2002 Saddle Way
Pine Mountain Club
A CABIN SHAPED OVER TIME.
The Property
Near the end of a quiet dead-end street, 2002 Saddle Way had the privacy and mountain setting buyers come up here looking for. Since 2019, improvements to the kitchen, bathroom, decks, stairs, and outdoor spaces had made the cabin feel comfortable and complete rather than defined by a checklist of upgrades.
The Strategy
DON'T JUST LIST THE UPDATES. SHOW WHAT THEY CREATED.
A long list of improvements can quickly become noise. Instead, the marketing focused on the finished experience: warm cabin character, an updated kitchen, flexible loft space, private outdoor areas, and a meditation deck designed around the mountain setting. The improvements supported the story rather than becoming the story themselves.

The Marketing
The property should be easy to understand.
Updates add value when buyers can understand how they improve the way a home lives. Good marketing turns a list of improvements into a clear, cohesive experience.

Professional Photography & Aerial Drone
High-resolution interior and exterior photography, plus drone shots that capture the terrain, setting, and surroundings that ground-level photos cannot communicate. Mountain properties are about the land as much as the structure — buyers need to see both.

Cinematic Property Video
A property video gives buyers a sense of the home's flow, light, and setting that photographs alone cannot convey — and extends reach beyond buyers actively searching the MLS.

Matterport 3D Tour
Interactive 3D walkthroughs let buyers explore every room before they visit. Out-of-area buyers can experience the home before making the drive up — and arrive already familiar with the layout.
