Village Guide
Pine Mountain Club Village
The village center is the beating heart of PMC — where neighbors catch up over coffee, visitors get their first taste of mountain hospitality, and community happens naturally.
The Heart of the Community
Unlike resort towns built for tourists, PMC's village grew organically to serve residents. It's small by design — a few essential businesses, gathering spots, and community facilities that create natural opportunities for connection.
Don't expect chain stores or fast food. What you'll find is better: a general store where the owner knows your name, a cafe where coffee comes with conversation, and a community center that hosts everything from yoga to holiday parties.
For many, a morning walk to the village for coffee is one of the simple pleasures that defines life here.

Beyond the Village
While the village handles daily essentials, larger shopping trips mean heading "down the hill" to Bakersfield or Santa Clarita — about 45 minutes to an hour depending on your destination.
Many residents make this a weekly routine, combining errands with a change of scenery. It's one of the rhythms of mountain life you'll quickly adapt to.
Experience the Village for Yourself
The best way to understand what makes PMC special is to visit. I'd love to show you around.
